The First Response Baby Show Prize Draw
By entering this draw you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.The promoter is Church & Dwight UK Ltd, Peninsular House, Whitfield Court, White Cliffs Business Park, Dover, CT16 3PX
1. The prize
1.1 One free entry ticket to the Baby Show at Earls Court,London 22 - 24 October 2010
1.2 There will be five prizes and five winners only.
2. Who can enter?
2.1 To qualify to enter the draw, you must:
2.1.1 be a resident of England, Wales or Scotland; and
2.1.2 have successfully completed the prize draw entry details comprising of: name, address, and email. This can be completed online at: www.tellsyoufirst.co.uk
2.1.3 agree to having the Promoter market to the entrant via the email address submitted. The Promoter will not pass on these details to any 3rd party, the promoter will protect these details and all information will remain strictly confidential.
2.2 The draw is not open to the employees of the Promoter, its agents or associated companies, or their families, or anyone else directly or indirectly involved in the running and promotion of this draw.
2.3 Entry into the draw is limited to one per form entry. Any entrant attempting multiple entries using the same details will be removed from the draw entirely.
3. How to enter
3.1 Entry to the draw will be via the Website
3.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or lost or corrupted entries due to any viruses, delays or failures in transmission, failure of software or hardware or telecommunications networks, unavailability of the Website, or for any other circumstances outside the control of the Promoter. Proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
4. Closing date
4.1 The final date for posting a job on the Website in order to enter this draw is 1st September 2010.
5. Winner
5.1 winner's name will be drawn at random from all qualifying entrants by an independent person chosen by the Promoter. The draw will take place on 7th September 2010.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email or telephone (to the email address or telephone number provided at the point of registration) by not later than 12th September 2010. The Promoter reserves the right to require the winner to provide proof of identity before awarding the prize.
5.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility to any winner with whom contact cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete personal details having been provided on registration. If having used reasonable efforts the Promoter is unable to contact the winner by 14st September 2010, a substitute winner shall be selected in accordance with Paragraph 5.1.
5.4 The winner will receive the prize within 5 working days after the closing date for this draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility to any winner for any prize which is lost, delayed or damaged in the post
5.5 The results of the draw, including the winner's name and county, will be available on request between 21st September 25th 2010 to those sending a stamped SAE marked "First Response Baby Show Prize Draw (winner's details)" to the Promoter at Church & Dwight UK Ltd, Peninsular House, Whitfield Court, White Cliffs Business Park, Dover, CT16 3PX
5.6 In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Publicity
6.1 The winner may be required to participate in post-draw publicity. In entering the draw, each entrant agrees that if he or she wins, he or she will co-operate fully in any publicity arising from the draw including having their photo and other details published in our newsletter.
7. General
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this draw in whole or in part without notice or compensation.
7.2 The Promoter is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected from you will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy
7.3 This draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
